Just a slight disappointment:
I was told that the car would be detailed. I asked if that included the inside as well (I didn't expect a "yes") but was told yes. I was quite excited to have it cleaned inside, too. But when I got into my car I realized that not even the mats had been cleaned (there was still dry mud on them.) Though I'm satisfied with all the repairs due to the accident and the dings being repaired at my request (the car looks much better!), it isn't good policy to tell a client that you'll be detailing the inside of the car and not follow through :) Thanks for reading this--Victoria Grandstaff

I don't feel like there was enough communication on when my car would be ready. I finally had to call on the day my car was supposed to be done and they said it might be done by the end of the day. My car didn't end up being done until the end of the day the next day. And again I was the one who had to call to check in on my car.
Also as a side note whatever cleaner was used in my car worked well the inside is clean however the smell was very strong. I had to drive around with my windows down for 2 days.
