The car was not finished. I was told it would be ready to pick up Fri. We picked it up Sat morning. Did not receive a phone call that part had not been received. Protective film was also not placed at doors. Just learned today that it has to wait a period of 30 days. This means I will have taken the car in three times for a 1200 collision repair. Totally unsatisfied with your service. I will also be sure to let State Farm know. I would not recommend your services.

Slight color difference; one loose piece of bumper on right side of car. I've had repair work fine by your body shop twice before, and was happy, Chuck took good care of me. This time not so much. Nearly tripled original estimate. Hard to understand how the original bid missed it so far.
