If I was the owner!!! I would pass on a bonus because the quality of work that his crew do in such short notice I took my car in and they was ready to fix it starting that day I mean I've never had Body Shop do that. They was also very very respectful tom you and the owner made one of my dreams come and reality come true got to ride in a bad **** ride. I have to tell you thank you so much after I got hurt in the navy im not going to lie I became very depressed I become a suicide victim I was one of the lucky ones to seek help because of my wife but this is why I am telling you thanks you have answered a dream that I would never have could done this on my own. Also the shop is being put together so well when I drove in it I felt stop important that's how you get business have a nice place boom you do again thanks for making me feel welcome to your shop and specia!!!!!! I'm definitely considering buying the new lights that was put up this week with the LEDs im considering on buying some I may not go with the LEDs I might go with the regular lighting because of the price but I love them and they will look great in a new house it probably light up the room. Also that guy has some serious skills. That's for everything......

Customer service was amazing as was my adjustor, who keep me well informed of my car's progress. After leaving the shop, it was discovered that my front right turn signal no longer works. I called and Tom was great, indicating a possible loose fuse or bulb and to bring it back and they would look at it. However, I would assume that this would have been checked after putting the bumper back on. My schedule is not one that allows for an easy return trip to Elite (30 minutes just in drive time when I work 8a-8p most days with no lunch)....so this is a huge inconvenience for something that should have been checked in my opinion.

The entire staff made this experience great from start to finish. The one stop shop made the transition easy and less time consuming. I didn't have to ride to several locations to get things done. I also thought it was an added plus that they kept me informed by text every step of the way. I work a lot and it's difficult to take personal calls. With the text message I have the option to call back at a time that's convienent to me especially if I need more information. Great job to all staff members.
