Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They kept us updated on what was going on with our car.

My vehicle was returned to me looking like new. The work that was done was excellent and we are very pleased with it. The only issue I had was that about a week or so into the process we were told the van was being "detailed", so we assumed we would be getting it back shortly as I would think detailing is the last thing to be done before a car is returned to a customer. This was not the case as when my husband called a couple of days later we were told by someone else that they were waiting on a part. This made us feel like we were being strung along. It left a bad impression. In fact, I would not have cared if someone called and said the van will not be ready for another few weeks, I loved our rental car! I just wished they were upfront about the fact that it would be another couple of weeks and not days. All of this happened during a crazy time with Christmas, New Years and horrible weather conditions. We were aware that this would probably slow down the process and we were fine with it. We werent paying anything out of pocket and we had a great rental car with 4 wheel drive during a storm. I just wished that from the beginning we were aware of the actual progress of the vehicle. When it comes down to it, I WOULD recommend this company for repairs. I just wanted to explain the reason for my original survey ratings to maybe avoid a future customer feeling the same way as I did due to what seemed to be a break in communication. Thank you for your time and the great work that was done on our vehicle.

This is my first experience with an auto body shop but I can say that I was very pleased with the work they did as well as the customer service. When I got my car back they had vacuumed the carpets as well sprayed the inside with an air refresher. I am a smoker so getting my car back and having it look and smell brand new inside was a very nice touch. I will definitely keep going back to this shop as long as I’m in the area and I would recommend it to anyone.

Job was done well ahead of schedule. All repairs were completed as explained. Truck was very clean upon pickup. All my interactions with the staff were courteous and professional.

I am satisfied with the work that was done to restore my truck and I thank you for that what I am not satisfied with is the condition in which my truck was left in . There was a lot of sanding debris left inside my truck it took me a hour and a half to clean all the sanding dust out, considering I brought it clean on the inside. At the time of pick up the clear rock guard was not installed which resulted in more time spent at your shop I have to inconvinced my wife to bring it back for that installation. Then on Saturday while cleaning the truck I noticed that the rear driver side door would not locked with the remote so I had to spend another hour disassembling the door to fix the problem my self l, really sad. Elite: to be successful and powerful synonymous with pride and yet the pride you show in returning my truck in a horrible condition to me resulted in a failure!

The work done was excellent on both claims I had. I am highly impressed with the paint matching and dent removal work. I am also impressed with the level of installation done when putting my bumper back on. Thanks!
