My deductible was $100.00. I was charged a $120.64. The manager paid the extra over the $100.00. You have no idea how grateful I am. I am so thankful. It may be a little bit of money to some, but that was a lot to me.

Service was completed quicker than expected. My vehicle looks fantastic. My only complaint was there were random carpets and a license plate cover left in my car that wasn’t mine. Also, I didn’t like how my car’s AC was left on full blast when I turned my car on. Other than that, everything seems excellent. Very professional and great attitudes. I was updated which I liked and how they were willing to be flexible with my work schedule as to when I could pick my car up. I didn’t have to worry since I was able to pick it up earlier than expected. Thank you Elite/GEICO/ Enterprise.
