I can't say that I was completely satisfied with the experience because of the length of time I was without my car. I am satisfied with the results and think that JRC did what you could to remedy the issue. I like the fact that you didn't simply give me back my car quickly and half fixed. I like the fact that you held to your standard of completely fixing the car and actually repaired an item or two that did not have to be repaired. Over all you turned a bad situation into a win. So, I can't honestly say I enjoyed the experience but you left me with the fact that JRC is a principled organization managed by people with good character.
