I was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. Having to pay out of pocket to do these repairs, I was overwhelmed at the thought of what the initial cost might be. My service repair rep worked to get the cost as low as possible to where the prices were competitive with other repair shops. And if that wasn’t enough, they comped me a large part of my car rental fees. And what blew my mind was how quickly they got the whole job done...! When I picked up my car this afternoon, it felt like the first day I had bought it. It was repaired beautifully, cleaned and detailed. It now looks and feels brand new. I am ecstatic. And they even gave me two vouchers for future car washes and detailing. Thank you, International Auto Crafters for doing a superb job..!
