I am a bit perplexed as to why it takes a month to finish the work. As u had a rental, however, there was no impact. To be honest there is no other business that I would trust. Having dealt with Gaumonds for many years we've always been satisfied plus!!

While the repair work was excellent, I repeatedly asked that the headlights be aimed correctly. It looks as if the headlights after the repair were not even touched.

My car came back shiney as new. I really think it looks better now than when it did before my fender bender. I appreciate the attention to detail to match the color and shine throughout the vehicle. Also, I was glad that you listened to me regarding the airbag light, which was omitted from the insurance report, even though we told the adjuster that the accident caused the "airbag icon" to light up. I understand that you brought my car to the dealership to have the sensor reset for the airbag; rather than attempt on your own. That is an honest way to do business, defer to others when necessary. I prefer that to someone thinking they fixed the problem, only to realize that the icon is no longer lit, but the airbag will not deploy when needed.
