i was very pleased and actually cried when i saw my vehicle for the first time since the repair was done. the office staff was the only staff i dealt with personally, however... i don't ever remember my car looking as nice as i remember when it was brand new. Not quite finished. had to return the next day because there was condensation in the right headlight which was probably cracked or the seal broken on impact when accident occurred. You have ordered A replacement but it hasn't been installed yet.

I have told others from past experience, that you may pay a little more at Alex's but it is well worth it. Don't go anywhere else. The van turned out beautifully. I appreciate how it came back shining- the paint, the glass, the tires. I also appreciated the cute text messages along the way. I went back and read the papers that I gave my sister on the payment methods. I'm sorry I put you in that bind, bug I assure you the check is good. I hope that I do not need any car body work, but if I do, I will definitely return to you.
