Rick's Auto Body is very well run and this makes for an exceptional customer experience. From start to finish, I was impressed with Rick's. There were so many things that impressed me, it is hard to name everything, but I'll mention a few.
Jessica is an invaluable asset. When I walked in the door, she remembered my wife and me from my last visit. Her pleasant demeanor and extensive knowledge of seemingly everything (car repair, insurance, towing regulations, rental car agencies, rental car agency policies...) turned an otherwise difficult experience into a pleasant one.
I liked the quality of the work, the affiliation with AMICA, emails letting me know the status of my car, the pictures of the car as it was being repaired, and the ability to drop off the rental car when I picked up my repaired vehicle.
I have been bringing cars to Rick's for many years. During that time, I have always been treated as a valued customer. For these reasons, I have recommended Rick's to many people.
