A professional run operation that keeps you informed of their progress with the repairs. They stick to their promised time frame and even sometimes it is even shorter. The work is always quality. This was my second experience with Rick's and would use their services again if needed. It was recommended by Amica and is an asset to the whole process.

Thank you for your service. Jessica was amazing. Kept me informed and went the extra effort to help with my insurance company. I arranged to have the car fixed while I was out of town for a week. When I called, Jess answered the phone and got answers if she didn't know for sure. Called back when she said she would, etc. I was informed that would be plenty of time to get the job done and we arranged that I would drop off my car and deductible on my way to the airport and pick it up on my way back. But that that date got pushed out another week-I still don't know why-so when I got home the car was not ready. Also, I would much rather have had my car dirty than have it sit at Rick's over the weekend while it was closed in order for them to detail it Monday morning. I was able to pick it up on Monday noon. But I'm not a big fan of rental cars and I just wanted the car back whether or not my insurance company would pay for a rental. That was frustrating -I could not have cared less if they detailed it-I just wanted the damage repaired. My priority was getting the car back. The repair looks great-they even touched up a few scratches-appreciate the good work done and professional and accessible service. If they had taken into consideration that my priority was to have the car back, not detailed, I would have had no complaints.
