I was referred to Rick's Auto Body by Dave's Auto our longtime auto-magic man! And he did not steer us in the wrong direction.Jessica was great. Having never been in this situation before I appreciated the hand holding and the quick responses as to what needed to get done. Our insurance agent said we may have delays based on where the car was towed to, and he was generally surprised that Rick's Auto Body had received the vehicle so quickly.While our car may never truly feel the same to us we can take solace in the fact that it was cared for at the highest level.

Very impressed with the job, the car looks great, the body shop never give me any runs around it finished the car at times promised. One thing I really think they should do don't put any stuff in back seats when the car is being fixed,what ever they put in my back seat they make mark on the seats not happy with that but I'm willing to over look that . In out side the car looks great, inside little dusty I have to take the car to car wash and clean in side of the car .just recommend for the future.
