Im really disappointed with the service, took about 2 months to fixed my car
Every time I call the receptionist said Vanessa ( the person who was on charge for my car) but she never did !!! I always has to keeping calling to get some updates, the only excuse she used is waiting for parts, until I complained to my insurance she call the next day said my car is ready, the work performance in my car is bad, the color don’t match but made worse the piece they replaced (lights and hook) has a gap and I don’t feel that is right, she said they can be fixed but for how long? I need a car to work!!! I’m been paid for 2 months rental car because you guys!!! When I said you guys is because if you don’t have a time to work on my car why you took it!!! Make me loose a lot money on rental and on the top of that you guys charge $15 for use my credit card, what you guys expected after have my car for so long, I never will recommend it this shop????

I was really surprised how thorough and have respectable that I was treated at your Certified in Collision Center I was overwhelmed of your kindness and your communication the people at the front desk and the lady who did the drafting of the paperwork and checking my car she was a blessing in disguise nowadays you don’t get service like that AAA suggested I go there but there’s another person my brother knows that used to work there at work somewhere else but also a certified center but not in Modesto he recommended me to you guys and told me who to talk to and that you guys would do a very good job mostly if you mentioned his name and you know what I don’t know because I mentioned his name and he’s the one that handed me to you guys
But I feel you would’ve gone out of your way for anybody if I didn’t know this person my brother knew I Hollywood recommend you if I asked her if someone’s at need with their car damage I really appreciate for the experience I had there out of all the years I’ve been driving from the age of 16 ****/2 to 61 i’m originally from Southern California I know that California is a lot different they take the time and they take the time and they care about the work and the craftsmanship to the automobiles that they get that go there I wish they were in Southern California I’ve had bad experience even though I was recommended by my car insurance company but this is the first this is the second time I dealt with AAA when I came up here insurance what can I say I got lucky moving up here I was so fortunate to have a loving experience but mostly communication that’s what counts and also I was Scott treat people the way you wanna be treated and you know what I was treated the way I would wanna be treated that was very surprisingly I’m from the old-school my parents roll so back then you didn’t talk back to your parents you got your mouth washed out with ivory soap if he said a cuss word so there was no cussing in our house to this day I cannot stand the smell of ivory soap when I go down the soap while I can taste it but I didn’t cost that much but I results back then I think was more potent but I was very well respected and I enjoyed that experience I really never got in Southern California you help me look at things right or up here cause I’m still learning what Modesto is all about and I’m one that gets lost and Siri sometimes you can’t depend on her instructions that we can’t go anyway or pass on it’s a good word to everybody who asses me or if they say oh I need somebody to take care of my damages on my car and of course you’re the first one on the list you’re the only one on the list all of you have a good day the rest of the day enjoy your life be good to yourself and remember first impressions account and respect to another human being is number one number two willing to communicate with somebody who doesn’t know anything about cars insurance paying bills I moved up here because my family is up here but since my husband died a year and six months ago he did everything took care of the car oil change let me tell you it was a rude awakening and at least I’m teachable and willing to learn but sometimes now I know why he had got a headache from this and I’ve asked just sit down with him to write all these things out but he would just say no problem I’ll take care of it I learned a lesson by all of this and it’s OK it’s done and I’m dealing with a new life up here even though I don’t know anybody I live in a gated community insist Covid still don’t knowFor houses around me and that’s OK all I have is just for today I don’t know what tomorrow may bring and that’s OK to the best of luck to all of you love always Frances M Padilla ???????????????????

Overall repairs I am not happy, my cat should’ve been totaled with the cost in repairs and damage, now fixed makes many noises and shakes etc. My car has been immaculate condition now have paint and oil on my headliner. As I asked for a full detail from a company. There needs to a new adjuster handling /estimating repairs (Modesto location). No one wants a car worth more kn damage then their vehicle. I do want to thank Fernando and stepping up, taking the adjusters title and sending me updates, and taking care of any questions or concerns I had! And also keeping it so professional, there are times when customers get tough and angry, but you remained professional and made me confident in the whole process!
