There are a couple of scratches in the vehicle that wasn't there when it was dropped off.

I was kept up to date about the progress they were making on my car and it was finished two days earlier than expected! Owner was a huge miserable ****. Car paint was extremely spiderwebbed and new chrome window piece was completed scratched in one area. Now I have to go back to fix it once the paint cures. Contacting BBB and USAA on all the issues. Everyone besides owner was a pleasure to work with. If your going to tell a customer after you accost them outside of your business repeatidly that you DONT NEED THEIR BUSINESS, then your business needs to be immaculate in its profession- not making the customer return to fix everything that was done poorly.

I appreciate the customer service that I received this time and the other two times I've had the misfortune to need collision repair.
