Anthony F. is a true asset to your company. In lieu of transitioning personnel at the Lorton, Virginia, location, he made sure to not just do his job, but Anthony went above and beyond to make sure every little detail was attended to in a meticulous manner. In my opinion, employees like this are hard to find, and I certainly hope Service King realizes this and retains him for years to come! His professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to assist was outstanding! My gut tells me each and every employee does not exhibit Anthony's special skill-set when it comes to getting the job done above the call of duty; those employees need to take a page out of Anthony's playbook in my opinion. Yes, a company's reputation matters as well as it's ability to efficiently and effectively complete the customers request. However, in the end a company is only as good as it's employees, especially those customer facing positions. Clearly Service King has developed a business model that has customersatisfaction at the center of what they do, but I just want to say it's employees like Anthony that help you get to and maintain next-level customer satisfaction and retention. Thank you Anthony for taking care of our vehicle from start to finish. I know my wife was beyond happy to get her vehicle back in stellar condition! You set the standard and I hope you know we are truly grateful for all you did both big and small!

The repair work done on my Jeep was very good and done well. I also appreciated the telephone contacts by Darrel to keep me informed of the progress of the repair as it was being done. Thanks for the good work.

Everything was great

The body work looks good, however, the driver assistance program no longer works. I spoke to the Service King manager who saw the problem and told me the dealer has to resolve the problem. He did say Service King would cover the cost. That is good, however, it’s a major inconvenience. I have an appointment with Alexandria BMW Thursday morning.

Repainted bumper has been scratched. Large amount of fisheyes on a very visible spot. I asked not too wash the car. If you must, use sponges only. That request was ignored and the car has swirl marks all over now.

Excellent service and car looks great. I really liked the status update texts. Like many people, I have a busy schedule and the updates allowed me to better plan my pickup. Everyone in the shop was nice. Thanks!
