The staff that assisted me were very professional and knowledgeable. It was originally estimated that my car would take 15 days to fix, which ended up being only 8 days, from the date I dropped my car off. When I received my car back it looked fantastic.

I was very satisfied. The work performed looks great. I was not happy that there was an excessive amount of grease/dirt on the passenger side safety handle. I was able to clean off using a wash cloth with a degreaser. It was most likely done when the windshield was replaced.

It took you 2 weeks and one day to make the repairs (worth 5,500). I know you said you probably would not be able to make much progress the first 4 days you had the car (we brough it in early because I was out of town), but I got the impression that the car would be finished by the end of the second week.
