I appreciated the frequent phone calls, texts and emails keeping me up to date on my vehicle's progress. Easy check in and you handled all the insurance oaoerwork. When we picked up the vehicle, you explained all that was done. It looks great. One minor thing -please fix your caller ID so it does not say 186009 China! I let it go to voice mail a few times until I realize it was you.
