Had my car for 2 weeks for a 3 day estimate and no one seemed to be in any kind of hurry. Called me at 11am the day it was supposed to be finished saying it was almost done, then never called again. I contacted them right before they closed only to be told that it just needs washed and SHOULD be done the next day. The next day, no one called me so I contacted them again around 10am and they said they have been having trouble with a sensor which no one had mentioned the day before ?? Seems like people just told me what they thought I wanted to hear instead of what’s actually going on.

Estimated completion time was ****-2 days, it took 5. Manager blamed me for not knowing internal processes to "speed up" service time. An open bag of chips and drink, which spilled all in my center counsel, was left by an employee for me to clean up. My GPS/display system is now locked with an unknown PIN and I can't use it. Shame on Service King for the lack of professionalism & customer service. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB!
