The repair required due to my accident was completed as promised. However, it took 3 days longer than the estimated. The mechanic told me he would repair a few additional scratches for an additional fee. I agreed but that was not done.

Holly made me feel like I was going to be completely taken care of and I was, she was such a pleasure working with in repairing my truck

Absolutely a fantastic experience!!!!! The customer service was wonderful from the front desk manager she was smiling when my husband Scott and I walked in and she was patient, knowledgable and was able to answer our questions with no hesitation. She called Larry to the front and he promptly came up to greet us. He made eye contact, shook our hands and completed the estimate/claim for my damaged Acura RDX. He explained how it would be handled, provided an estimate for the job and the number of days it would take to be completed. He gave us a copy and he said the work would begin on Monday once we brought the car to the center. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday all days I received AWESOME texts which kept me fully informed of where the repair job was as far as completion. I then recieved a call from Alan who verbally explained that the repair was complete and that it was ready for pick up. I arrived at around 4:15pm and again the front desk manager greeted me with a smile and had me sign a form, Alan greeted me, walked me out to my car. He explained the repair to me and my car looked excellent, couldnt even tell there had been damage and the paint match was spot on!! I will with out a doubt highly highly recommend Service King to all!!!! Unbelievable no hassle experience!!! Thank you....Thank you! I truly appreciate your professionalism. You truly put your customers at ease. The texting communication was wonderful!!
