It is great that you guys coordinate with Hertz rental car to allow people to drop off their car and get a rental without too much extra effort. It was also nice to get updated tax during the process of working on the car repairs Everyone was very polite and informative

My estimate that was sent to me was supposed to be a 9 day job and ended up being a 25 day job. I was the one that had to do most of the reaching out to get the status updates on my car. Most of the time they said they would call me back as well and i would never get a phone call back. There were many issues i had with service king and i would never recommend anyone to come here or would ever want to come back here to have my car serviced.

Hi there. Yes, for sure! Very good experience!!! Especially since my pride was crushed, right along with my car “Ruby.” New to me to have text updates - a huge positive thing! ~Maybe~ each day of work with an updat.... just saying... ????!!! It was a l o n g week without my car. Appreciate that it was done early in the day as well. One text said 5p finish time and I was like nooooo ..!!! Raymond Sanchez is the best! His customer service was exceptional. My insurance company screwed up big time on many different levels, but Raymond went out of his way to see that I was taken care of, even though it wasn’t Service King’s fault. He was even prepared to take a loss just to keep me happy. We need more managers around like Raymond Sanchez. Give the man a raise!! Thanks, Brenda M
