The repairs yes they were fine but the front desk seemed chaotic. Not enough staff to help clientele coming in the door. A lot of waiting time and standing around not knowing who's in charge.
I don't think the admin staff who answer the phones know how to answer our questions when it pertains to our vehicle. She was pleasant but seemed to be the only one who knew what was going on.
Florence was perfect! I would still bring my vehicle back if I needed your services.
