Overall service was fine however I was nor made aware of the fact my car was jumped during repairs. Once the car was home it wouldn't start. The manager picked up the car to charge and check and offered a replacement battery should there be issue. Later that day the car still did not start though I had no issues with car service prior to the accident and repair. Just concerned about lack of communication

I had a good experience with service king very first time I came, so I was a repeat customer, I’m not sure if my car will ever be the same but service king did all they could I have to drive it a little while to figure out if it’s roadworthy but they shock me saying there was A little mixup with my vehicle but it was quickly figured out and what you could do better is perhaps get a cleaning lady to clean up your waiting area and the receptionist could have a more friendly voice oh and a big thing If you’re putting on a brand new headlight on the left give the owner the opportunity to buy and have replaced the one on the right so it doesn’t look like she just got her Car fixed

Love this place! They get it done quick and they get it done right! Car looks brand new again,they even went the extra mile:they checked and rotated my tires to make sure, just in case,all was safe.
