Poor communication pertaining to updates on car status. Additionally, there was damage to front hood of car....missing specks of paint....as though sparks landed on car and burned away the paint.

I was very satisfied with the repair that Service King did on my 2017 Tacoma. You would not know that the front fender and bumper was damaged and replaced on the Tacoma. I was very happy with the service that Michael Anderson provided. He kept me abreast of the status of the repair. When I call Service King, he was always available to talk with me. He is very professional. I was a little nerve about bringing my Tacoma to Service King because I have never heard of them. My concerns were put to rest with the excellent service. I would recommend Service King to friends that may need their vehicle repaired.
