I can’t begin to tell you what an awesome staff you have!! After my accident when I got to your place I was still a bit shaken by the whole situation. Crystal was at the reception desk & was as calming & nice as she could be! She called Enterprise to see about a rental car for me. She kept telling me everything would be ok. When the mechanic (I’m sorry I don’t remember his name) came out to tell me about my car, he said, “The important thing is you are ok”. He told me his best guess was 3 weeks, but he wasn’t able to lift the hood to see if there was damage to the motor. “ He was very reassuring & told me they would keep me abreast of the the condition & finish date of the repair of my car. I got 8 text messages over the next 3 weeks and in my conversations with them, they were VERY nice & specific when answering my questions. Because I couldn’t get an Enterprise car for one day leaving FL, I went with Avis, but their drop off was in a different town. When I spoke to Sarah, she told me not to worry & that she’d come get me in the next town & bring me back to Service King. Which she did. I really can’t explain how such a traumatic event was made so nice & calm by the people at Collision Service King!! They made me feel safe and were so-o-o helpful throughout the whole process. I will tell everyone I know to go to them. They are truly awesome, caring & the prices are very reasonable!! You can feel like you are part of their family & they totally take care of you & your car!

Everyone was so nice and they got my car fixed really fast. I thought it was going to be ready in 4 days and they had it ready in 2 days. Wow that was fast.

Easy to work with great employees

The receptionist and the guy who brought my car to me was pleasant & also the guy who rented me the car along with the Geico rep. Was a very pleasant experience if I should say so. Thanks & will recommend if needed.
