Great repair job, customer service and they didn't have my vehicle long. Kept in touch with me every step of the way.

I was made to feel like well i should say i was told i really don't understand why your car was in here for repair when they felt nothing was really wrong with my bumper in the front of my car. And my response to this person was this is my car it is paid for it has never been in a wreak or even hit for that matter. Yes it's a 05 car but it's mine and i am the only owner of this car and i have took good car of this car and when the young lady that backed into my car at the stop sign hit it. The inpact made a small crack in my bump and knocked paint off my bumper and it started to make more paint peel off as time went on and it was not like that before she backed into me at the stop sign. And i plan on keep this car for as long as i can and to keep taking care of it as well cause i want it to last me as long as it can. And i don't choose to everytime i look at my car to see this **** spot area where the paint is steal coming off due to where it was hit. They did a good job and i appreciate it. But that remark right there could have been kept to thier self. And to me that is bad customer service. And it should have never exited that persons mouth toward me. My car may not mean anything to y'all but it means something to me.

Work was completed timely (actually earlier than projected) and the quality of the work was great! The total experience was an A+!!

This is the second time I’ve used this body shop. It came highly recommended based on the quality of work they do in the level of customer service they provide. Sara was awesome. She kept me updated on the ongoing process and I received text updates as well. Service King delivered my car in a very reasonable amount of time. The paint matched perfectly and was like glass( no orange peel here ),body panels and seems lined up just like factory and the car was very clean. Hopefully I won’t need to be back but it’s nice to know that there is a friendly neighborhood body shop to help me out of a stressful situation.

Entire staff from the moment I walked in with my damaged front bumper until I returned to pick it up were extremely professional, courteous, friendly, and kept me completely abreast at every step of the way during this seamless process.
