I took my truck to your shop because State farm said you were a professional. Company. I went there I seen your office ,I seen the office manager. I explained to him that the truck was out of alliegnment. And if anything else on the truck needed fixing while it was on the rack let me know. I also asked for a estimate for painting the otherside, I got the estimate. It was a little higher than what I was first quoted. But I had it done. When I was told my truck was ready. I came to find that my decal on the rear was on order.still and the shop manager couldn't tell me weather my door was new or used or my fender was new or used. I told him that the fender was suppose to be new aftermarket. But it had a dent .in it and the paint had little pin holes in it the door had hard water spots on it and I couldn't make out what was done. He said he'd fix the problems. So I had my rental for another 5 days . The problems were fixed but then I was informed that I might have a wheel bearing problem. I asked why wasn't this taken care of when it was noticed on the test drive. No answer . But they told me after the paperwork I could take it to ed, tire .and have them look at it.to me this was not a very professional shop at all. I have a friend who owns a shop in chicago. He goes over every inch of the vehicle before they call to release it to the customer. I was just disappointed. In the quality of professionals at this pace line.
