As you know my vehicle is still not complete. But I am very happy with your service. And when I come back for the completion I need to discuss if the front end alignment of my vehicle was checked. This is because I do not remember that my steering wheel was not centered when driving straight ahead. I noticed that when I came in to talk to you'll a couple of weeks back and it is still not centered. It also does not seem to drive quite correct. But I am very impressed with your work and friendliness, which is why I came back to you again within a couple of months.

I am totally happy with my experience with Paceline!! Brandon and Dee Dee were so professional and kind it was a joy to deal with them. I was upset about a dent on the right rear fender and know exactly why it’s there and now to find out what to do! The day I brought my car in to Paceline I went through the car wash on 1431 and something scary happened. One of the red spinning washers got tangled on something on my car and I watched it as it shook the car violently and then Bang it hit hard before releasing itself to continue on. Scared me terribly!! I was racing with time to get to you for repairs and never did look at the fender. THAT is my dilemma, sorry to bore you, but I was so upset about that dent and I’m sure you could tell...I apologize for that, your work was awesome and I’ll spread the word, thank you!!!!! Today I’m going to the car wash and talk to someone about the strange occasion I went through there, and what’s next? Again, Big thanks to Paceline for your excellent results on my MINI ???? Jane M

When I took my car in for the first time to get it looked at before being fixed they took pictures. Then when I took my car back in to have it repaired it seemed as though the fist person that took pictures of my car didn't communicate with the second person where all the damage was. So I had to make sure they saw it all, again. I was extremely satisfied with the updates that I received as well as the time it took to repair my car. However, when I picked up my car no one came out to give it a once over with me. And as I did this myself I found that one part had not been repaired/replaced. So now the part has to be ordered and I have to bring my car back in. I have been to a Paceline before in a different location and wasn't happy with that experience either. The only reason I came back to Paceline is because our good friend is the **** at this location. I am not sure if the people in the office are overwhelmed but it seems as though they are rushed.
