The receptionist is awesome. Great management and people skills. When preparing my car to be left, the technician was called away. When she noticed this, she left her desk and finished the task for him. She was aware of what was happening and was competent to complete the task.
The technicians and staff are superb. I had daily updates on the repairs to my car. Nice to have a great experience with repairs especially after the trama of an accident.

I called after a message was left Thursday afternoon, that my truck would be ready after 5 pm, and told the person on the phone that I would be there at 8 oclock in the morning to pick it up. She said that would be fine. I got there at 750 am Friday morning and waited for Paceline to open at 8 am. I did five minutes of paperwork, paid my deductible and then waited an additional thirty minutes for them to unlock the back and bring my truck out. Thats irritating when I said I would be there at 8 to pick it up, yet it takes an additional 30 minutes for your staff to bring it out. My time is just as valuable as the Pacelines' staff time is. Have a good day!
