From the front desk to the repair shop I was WOW'ED by the professional staff at Paceline. Ron gave me an on the spot quote I didn't have an appointment. Julie and Beth were on top of keeping me up to date on how the repair was going. Ron stayed late on Tuesday to allow me to be able to pick up my car and drop off my rental car. Ron was sick but still provided my 1st class service. I suggest you give Ron a big bonus or raise, he works hard and he's very professional, it's hard to find good employees like Ron, julie and beth!!! Thank you Pace line my car looks great!!!

We chose to have repairs done by Paceline because of the professionalism of the employees and the professional appearance of the facilities.
