I had asked during the initial inspection, that if they replace the Left front tire to please take the space off rim n put it on the right front rim. Then put the old right front tire on spare rim. That way I would have same depth tread tires then when they did the front end alignment everything would be done. Now I have to take it to a shop have them switch tires n redo an alignment, at my cost. It is not a big thing but I was told I would get contacted twice weekly n that did not happen. But like I said the last thing is minor.

A nail was supposedly detected in my left rear tire
Shortly after initially dropping the car off by your inspector. I picked up the car upon completion of the repairs and no one had informed me of the nail. I drove off in my car, looked at the tire pressure on my dash, had to come back, file another claim,and leave my car again.
