The work Paceline performed was done in a timely manner and we were pleased with communication in the way of emails sent to us keeping us informed of the progress. The staff was very friendly and professional.

Your body shop mechanics took my 'front' mirror LED signals and replaced them with regular old orange reflectors. They LIT UP when I put on my blinkers, pushed the hazard lights button, or at night when I used to press the lock and unlock on my keyfob... it worked great before I took it to you guys! Now NOTHING. Just 2 stupid reflectors. I want to know why your repair man did this??!

The car looks like new! Bodywork is great! The inside and outside cleaning was a wonderful surprise. All staff including Sam and Holly were kind and helpful throughout the entire process. I especially appreciate the thoughtfulness of towing the car to me on base with my husband deployed, a toddler to deal with, and my usual babysitter out of town. They didn't fix a place around the tire. They put the old peace around tire. And it look warp. They said have to order the part. I'm upset I have to go back and wait 30 minutes for them to fix it. It should have been fixed the first time
