There was an absolutely enormous price discrepancy between the estimate and what was ultimately charged--far greater than what we were told the difference could be. Normally, we wouldn't care as this was billed to the liable party's insurance, but it dissuaded us from bringing in our other car which also needs some work done (previously, we had been thinking that we would bring it in after work was completed on our first car).

Rear end damage in which back hatch was affected. This was brought to attention of adjuster and Rico of the shop they said they would check it yet blew our concerns off and ultimately did not check the latch and when we questioned it's defectiveness upon pick up of the car I was again blown off and told we thought that's how fords are. Their attitude was one of belittling to me and condescending towards my concerns. We were contacted 10 min after we left the shop and told that they tested the latch and it was damaged and that the part would be in this week and vehicle completed this week. Their story changed and part won't be in till next week and car not done till the 20th of feb. Very disappointed in their professionalism well lack of professionalism and the fact that they are unable unwilling to admit they errored by not checking the latch like they said they would and trying to blame their incompetency on a remote control device. We formally complained to our insurance carrier.
