The staff members I dealt with were very professional and pleasant . As far as Armando in the Repair Dept. I appreciated his continuous updates,in fact due to his efforts to keep me posted I trusted them to do an additional repair job, although it was not part of the car crash damages. So far the car seems to be working as I hoped, GOOD. Imperial Body Shop was recommended by Liberty Mutual and because of the work they've done, this and one other incident I will keep them in mind for any future car repairs . I feel they are trustworthy.

The repairs were excellent. My car was also washed which was great. The only thing I can think of was that there was a lot of dust on the interior of the car. I guess from sanding.
No big thing. Otherwise everything was perfect.
