My car was pulling to the right when I picked it up, I went back and went on a test drive with the mechanic. I had also mentioned hearing a slight humming noise. The mechanic took me down a street the he said was the straightest street around. My car did not drift. It is still concerning to me as my car continues to pull to the right on every other street and freeway I have driven on. And now the slight humming I was hearing has turned into a very loud scraping sound. I will have to take the car back first thing tomorrow morning, which means I have to take a day of off work to deal with this issue. I thought the work on my truck was excellent and you guys did a great job. Everyone in the office (estimator, secretaries, etc.) were extremely nice, pleasant, and helpful and made the entire experience nearly effortless which I place a high value on. The service reminded me of what service should be, and when I got my truck back it actually made me feel great just to look at it. The estimated time of repair was extremely accurate and overall I would say management must be excellent, for the quality of a particular entity tends to be an extension of great leadership. Not only did the area that was repaired look great but the entire truck was detailed and made to look brand new. Again, I could not be happier with the work and service (10 out of a possible 10) and I would not hesitate to recommend FVBW to anyone. In fact, in this day and age you would be crazy to go elsewhere.
