My son's car looked amazing. Though he was the victim of a hit and run, it was nice that FV Bodyworks turned his misfortune into a positive one. It really does look like the passenger side of car is brand new, and the bumper now looks flawless. Top star ratings for this experience. Thank you.

Need to clean windows inside and outside before returning car back to customer especially when you see they are dirty. They just wiped my windows with a cloth not even using window cleaner and smeared my windows up. Not happy about this stuff all.

I really loved how everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. The repairs look perfect. Jim and Michelle made my experience easy and on time. My only complaint was that a bottle of cleaner and a small brush were left in the back of our SUV. It leaked out onto the rubber mat that lines the back space. I cleaned it tonight after I found it when I went to load back some items I leave in our car. I feel bad reporting this but wanted to be total honest. Worse communication
Waiting shuttle pick up but not come first serve first. Pick another customer behind to let them go first doesn't matter them distance far away and waited there over a hour and shuttle come back shop to pick up. Overall, horrible connection person I charge to work there. Never and never recommend anyone.
