Was very nice. The one on my far right had
Helped me when I brought my car & was also
Very nice. The one in the middle was the one
I had been talking to on the phone & was so
Rude. I was so upset I couldn’t even talk. The salesman
That handled my car repair came over to go out
To my car. He was also very nice. I’ve been to your
Facility in the past & have never been treated so
Rudely. I’m not sure I would ever use you again

Jim was very professional sending us text messages and calling to keep us updated on our car and the biggest surprise was that the car was finished ahead of time so that's a plus a good thing just before 4th July holiday.

The job was incomplete. When I went to go pick up my vehicle I could still see the dent on the back bumper and when I complained to James ****he stated the car just needs to be polished. If the car was not ready then I should have been told over the phone and I could have scheduled to pick up the car another day. I am very upset. I could not take my car. I have to return another day and arrange another Uber driver to drop me off at the body shop. I am not recommending this place to any of my family or friends.
