the front desk girls are the most important first impression and they were amazing and went above and beyond for me including helping me get a rental car by having someone come get me which was awesome cuz i didn't know what i was gonna do. Shane was my adjuster and WOW, frequent updates as well as great explanation on everything. Best experience at a body shop yet. My car accident was alot to take in and the staff at F.V body made the experience easy. I am so grateful thank you all.

Body work looks fine but now power doors and power windows dont work after picked up. This has happened twice before and its always a mystery. Last shop somehow figured out how to reset, but here I am explaining it to my insurance company once again.

The follow up was great. I just didn't like that I informed them that I was waiting for a ride from Enterprise and would arrive shortly. Then still had to wait 10-15 min for my car. Which the windows were so smudge on the inside

The repair was fine...but...when it recieved my truck there were 2 miles on the odometer and my seats, mirrors and steering wheel had been completely adjusted. The truck looked like someone had gone for a joyride the. Sleeper in the truck leaving the something open as the battery was dead and required a jump by your staff to get it running.
Other than that the repair looks great.

The ladies in the front were not very nice or customer service oriented. Didn’t say hello, didn’t smile, didn’t really act like they wanted my business.
Very disappointed, since my other experiences there were so pleasant.
It also took way too long to get my car done.
