I was mostly satisfied. Customer service was great, however the weather stripping on my door was not properly reinstalled and the paint job was not sub par.

Kelly Babineau was outstanding. After I got my car the lumbar wasn’t working. I notified Kelly and she contacted my AAA insurance representative. I was told that I now had to use a Subaru dealership to repair my car. The dealership informed me that in addition to the inoperable lumbar that the rear brake and taillight were burnt out. I was satisfied with the repairs made by Gustafson’s but I wasn’t completely satisfied with Guftason’s overall performance. I look forward to hearing from your representative.
