Original time estimate was 3 days. Brought it in and it became 10. That was fine, I was okay with paying out of pocket for a rental car where I was going to go without otherwise. Then the car is ready 4 days from when I dropped it off and I pay 180 for two days of a rental car because I cancelled the rest of the rental week? Thank you Gustafson. Also all the staff was slightly incompetent, not seeming to really be aware what was going on.

Repair estimate included a statement that was very important to me, "All parts will be OEM 'new'." I specifically wanted replacement parts--nor reconditioned parts -- regardless of what the insurance companies wanted to pay for. I'm dissappointed that the car I wax by hand and waited years to buy, has been compromised,
