I am very dissatisfied! Not only was I not informed during the process but I feel that I was misled and rushed out the door. My repeated request to make sure the dash was fixed, was brushed off. Not only is the hood still bent out of alignment but the dash vents do not work. I feel the repairs are incomplete. My car is NOT in the condition it was prior. The damage is more extensive than was listed. I will be bringing the car back for the remaining repairs. Thank you.

My repair was handled with promptness and efficiency, always keeping me advised, via e-mail, as to their progress and estimating completion. I had a special person with whom I dealt, and who provided all answers to my questions. They provided me with transportation to and from my home, since I did not use a rental car. I found their estimate to be reasonable and all encompassing. I will most certainly refer them to my friends and family.

They are timely with their emails in keeping you up to date on my vehicle repair status. You may want to put paper mats on the floor mats & make sure the inside of the car is clean. I was very clear at the time of drop off on Monday that if my car needed more than 3 days for the repair, it was to be communicated to me asap. Unfortunately, I called on the 3rd day to check status of when to pickup and was then informed my repair may take up to a week. After all the frustration?, I was finally left a voicemail on Friday that my car may be ready on the next Monday, but when I decided to drop by and check status in person, all of a sudden my car was ready for pickup that evening. As confusing as all this was, I was able to pickup my car on Saturday after given a ride from my family. Please note that communication is key. I was so upfront that communication about the status of my car was important to me. I don't appreciate the hassle of inconsistencies and non communication.

I trust you to do an expert job in a timely manner. Although you did have my car for 16 days I assume the delay was due to not receiving the parts in a timely fashion.
You did work on my 1999 El Dorado and everyone was friendly and courteous and I appreciated that, so I brought my KIA in when it got hit by a flying bath tub. My car looks great, thanks.
