Your customer service is top of the line. However your communication with me created a gap that ended up costing me more money.
I received text messages when I first dropped off my car for service and got a rental vehicle while my car was being serviced. That created the expectation that I would receive notice of when my car would be finished. I waited and waited, but did not receive a text that my car was finished. I was not aware that your staff had left me a voicemail message advising that my car was finished 3-4 days ago.
I was only made aware when the car rental company called me asking when I would return the rental car and that I would be charged an additional day's rental. If I had received a text message, I would not have kept the rental car longer than I needed to.
It isn't a lot, but it is an annoyance that takes away from the otherwise high class service that I received from your staff.
