My experience with Kelly was truly great, she is awesome. I was disappointed that all of the broken glass was not vacuumed out of back seat, and that a black stain appeared on my front passenger seat. I have to make a trip back to get it cleaned, as I was on my way to work the morning of pickup. Otherwise, the work was satisfactory.

When I picked up my car it was full of black dust. You guys replaced the black out trim on my doors and I am assuming it was from when the old tape was removed. But I was pretty disappointing, as the dust got in all the small crevices between my seats, all over my dash board, on my seats and on my daughters car seat. I will have to take it to a cleaner now because my vacuum can't reach in the small spaces between my seats. I have used you guys many times in the past and this is the first time I haven't been 100% happy with my visit. Hopefully it was just something that was accidentally over looked.
