Great customer experience

Rae was the reason i decided to do business with you. I had gone to skillcraft down the street from you a few times before for bodywork for our cars. i went there first and the gentleman didn't seem to care that i was a returning customer. he seemed a bit rude. i got a bad vibe. i left and went down the street to your business and was greeted by your friendly staff. i waited only a little bit for Rae and i am so glad i did! She could see i felt so stupid and upset with myself for backing into a pole and was so sweet about it! She made me feel better and then we went over the damage and estimate. She is one knowledgeable woman! i was impressed with her empathy and her professionalism. it didn't take long for me to decide to give my business to you. From then on she was on top of it! she kept both me and my insurance guy privy to the status of my car the whole time it was being repaired. she clearly demonstrated EXCELLENT customer service! She is such a valuable employee and i hope you acknowledge and give her some recognition! Thanks to EVERYONE who worked as part of the team to help with my car!
