They replaced everything with OEM parts and got an exact aftermarket hitch replacement. Nothing sub par was used and the truck looks new again. All gaps are perfect.

Body shop adjuster did not communicate all damage to my vechicle to the insurance co's adjuster.
Also I got the impression from the newly revamped procedures at the shop that their is a wall between the shop and customer.
