This was the friendliest, most professional group of individuals I’ve met in a long time! Kendra and Mike were extremely helpful after my wreck, and they were so quick to assist with getting my claim filed & car repairs in order. This was the smoothest chaotic event of my life — because of their help :) When I picked up my car, they informed me that they also ran a diagnostics report, identified the cause of my engine light, and they made a note of which part to have serviced by a mechanic, none of which I asked them to do but they did it anyway — needless to say, the staff at Carstar went above and beyond to help me. Also, my car was so clean when I picked it up... such a pleasant surprise.
I didn’t even mention that they kept me informed almost daily which was such a relief.

Our last car repair we took our vehicle to a different business. It came back smelling like smoke and they didn’t take credit cards. So glad someone informed me of Carstar. Everyone was friendly and prompt in their service. We are relocating and leaving behind our college age daughter. We will definitely send her to Carstar if her vehicle needs any repairs.
