Well for one it's still not fixed. I'm having to bring it in Saturday morning (don't worry, I didn't want to sleep in or anything) for them to get it right. *fingers crossed*. I think it's also important to point out that the original date that it was supposed to be ready to pick up was Sept 9th... Then the 20th... Just got it half-**** yesterday. I also loved how I had to cause a ruckus before I could get someone to call me regularly with updates. Until the manager Jan stepped in I was pretty much in the dark. Also, misinformation was given to me regularly. Moreover, I don't appreciate having to spend hours on the phone hounding people to do thier jobs. I mean you are Cadillac right? Coulda fooled me, because I felt like I bought a car from ****. You know that feeling you get when your embarrassed for someone else? That's how I feel when interacting with your staff, that's how bungled my experience has been with Ed Morse. Finally, I relish the opportunity to share my experience with those who comment on how nice my car is. "Not worth it" "regret" and "never again" are the key phrases in those conversations.
