The fact I've submitted 3 different surveys now just shows again my confusion at your lack of having things together. I've gotten 3 different contacts/surveys; all of which looked different.
There was little to no communication during the process. It was the holidays and it was obvious no one wanted to work. Supposedly only **** person in the entire company could help me and she was next to impossible to reach. Cross-training works wonders; try it.
