I left my vehicle to be repaired and I rented a car until it was completed. Somewhere along the way, Ed Morse found multiple problems New they could not work on the car until my insurance decided what to do. I should have been informed immediately upon finding multiple problems so I would know I needed to make some decisions on keeping the rental car that I was paying for. I could have saved hundreds of dollars while I waited.
