From the time I dropped off my truck to the time I picked it up I was treated with so much respect and attention! I was honestly amazed, and don't normally take the time to fill these out, but KUDOS to ALL involved in my repair. Done timely and to perfection. And on a side note, the Enterprise truck they put me in was nothing short of Anazing! I only wish the repairs would have taken a LOT longer.

I was satisfied with the service and the repairs. However, I was not satisfied with my latch door not being closed and then blaming it on me, saying it was because I needed to do maintence on the car? Then, while it was raining today, one day after I got the car back, the back windshield wiper will not move. It is locked into place. I'd call about it, but the last time I tried to call, the phones were down and I wasn't able to get any updates on the car. Then I was told twice that I was emailed? Never got that either. All in all, the service was good. But the job was in my opinion bad.

Mike was really helpful! He kept me up to date on the whole process of my car. I work during days and he left detailed messages on my voice-mail. My car looked great when I picked it up it was even cleaned on the inside. I really appreciate the service I received. This was the second car I have had taken to this body shop. Hopefully I never need to go back but if I have too I would choose this business. Thank you to everyone there that helped with the repairs to my car. I had minor damage to my Right Rear bumper. They had an adjuster look at my car within 30 minutes and took my car into the shop within an hour. Everyone was Very friendly and helpful. My car was ready by the next morning. I would recommend Ed Morse Auto Plaza to anyone and the finished product was superior. Absolutely the Best place to come for collision repair and paint.
