Car looks like new! It was ready as promised, except for the trim that had to be special ordered. Really appreciated that they also vacuumed out my car.

I never received one phone call with an update on my car. The only time I knew any sort of update was when I called them. It took near 4 weeks to repair my car! And when I called in and learned it was ready, upon my arrival, they asked for payment before doing any sort of walk around of the vehicle. I found two damages that were not repaired and they had to keep the car longer! In addition, 2 weeks into the repair I had to get a rental car. I spoke with someone there to arrange the pick up and they assured me the car would be there by 4pm. When I arrived around 4:30 to pick up the rental car they seem to have no idea what I was talking about and had to call enterprise to bring a car over for me. Overall, this is the worst customer service and I will never return.

Other than the lack of communication between the service department and myself and then telling me the car is ready and when I go to pick it up they didn’t even notice that there’s malfunctions on the dashboard display for some reason I feel as if someone was passing the **** on my car and not putting any serious efforts into a serious timelyRepair may be there because it wasn’t the earth car valued at over $30,000 I’m not sure but I surely did not feel as if it was handled professionally or in a timely manner
